The repeated Zionist-American desecration of the Holy Quran continues, as evidenced by the recent burning of the Holy Book—Allah's blessed Book, the most sacred of all things on earth, the light that dispels all darkness, and the guidance that saves humanity from error. These acts lay bare the outright hostility of the Zionists towards all sacred principles, their opposition to the divine message, and their deep-rooted aversion to moral excellence and all values of goodness and justice. This lies at the very heart of their grievance with the Holy Quran.
The criminal, dark-hearted Zionist Jews, along with those aligned with them in America and the godless West, know that the Holy Quran is the Book of light that exposes darkness and lays bare their true nature to human societies. They know that it protects those who follow its guidance from falling victim to their deception and that it preserves human dignity and humanity through its values, its purification of the soul, and its cultivation of noble character. They realise that it safeguards those who follow its guidance from servitude to taghut, elevating them to fulfil their role as stewards of the earth in accordance with Allah’s wise and profound teachings. They also know that the Quran contains the principles, concepts, and teachings through which humanity can establish justice in life and free itself from tyranny, oppression, and criminality.
The Zionist Jews and those aligned with them in America and the godless West take issue with the Holy Quran precisely because of its light, just as they are people of darkness—like bats that recoil from daylight and the glare of the sun. Their fundamental issue with the Holy Quran lies in its purity and the nobility of its teachings, just as they are steeped in filth—much like cockroaches that breed and thrive in rotten, filthy places. Their issue with the Holy Quran stems from its teachings that establish justice in life, while they are steeped in tyranny, savagery, criminality, and oppression. They want human society to remain governed by the law of the jungle, where the strong prey upon the weak. Their true nature has been laid bare by the Jeffrey Epstein scandal, their crimes in Gaza, and the repeated scandals that continue to surface. All of these provide further evidence of what Allah exposed about them in the Holy Quran.
The exalted status of the Holy Quran—the Sacred and Blessed Book of Allah—is in no way diminished by burning or desecration, which stand as a testament to their disbelief, baseness, degeneracy, and backwardness. They are expressions of their intense hatred towards it, reflecting their own evil, faithlessness, criminality, backwardness, and spite. Such acts demonstrate how deeply troubled and enraged they are by its light and profound guidance that guarantees humanity's liberation and salvation from their hegemony and subjugation. It elevates humanity, protecting it from their filth and corruption. Furthermore, they continue to commit the grave crime of desecrating the Holy Quran and burning copies of it as an act of hostility towards Islam and Muslims and as part of their broader hostile conspiracies and schemes against Muslims. These schemes encompass every sphere, and they are pursued through deceptive, corrupting, and satanic soft warfare, as well as through savage and criminal conventional warfare. They openly pursue agendas such as 'Changing the Middle East', 'Establishing Greater Israel', and preventing the light of Islam from spreading to other parts of the world. Therefore, it is the religious duty of Muslims to take a stand against this manifest enemy. It is also necessary to ward off the harm posed by an openly hostile aggressor—an enemy that spreads corruption and misguidance and poses a serious threat to the Muslim Ummah, both in its faith and in its worldly affairs.
The failure of the Muslim world to take effective action to prevent the desecration of the most sacred of all things on earth—the Holy Quran, the glorious word of Allah—is a grave dereliction of duty and a serious sin, with grave consequences for the Muslim Ummah. If Muslim states were to adopt a firm and official policy of political and economic boycott, even at that level, they would be capable of exerting enough pressure on America and the godless West to force them to stop such acts. Likewise, if Muslim peoples were to broadly launch economic boycotts of goods from America and those countries that support Zionism’s criminal campaign of desecrating the Holy Quran, they would force those countries to put an end to it.
For this reason, Muslims must actively strengthen their bond with the Holy Quran to attain a high level of awareness and insight and fulfil their great and sacred responsibilities. Fulfilling these responsibilities restores their global role as bearers of the divine message and makes them worthy of Allah’s support and victory. Since the Zionist Jews and those aligned with them in America and the godless West have made targeting the Muslims' relationship with the Quran the cornerstone of their hostile agenda—seeking to undermine its status and sanctity in their hearts and sever them from its guidance—Muslims must make it their highest priority to pay greater attention to the Holy Quran, strengthen their bond with it, uphold its sacredness, and live by its teachings.
Our dear Yemeni people—the Yemen of faith, wisdom, and jihad—are among the peoples most deeply committed to this path, driven by their profound, faith-based identity. This is why their stance against the crime of desecrating the Holy Quran by the infidel enemies has been clearly expressed through the demonstrations, public events, cultural awareness campaigns, mobilisation efforts, and media programmes. It has been evident in their launching of economic boycotts and in their faith-driven struggle for freedom and independence. It has also been manifested in their rejection of subservience to the enemies of Islam and Muslims, their raising of the banner of jihad in the cause of Allah, and their opposition to the enemies of Allah and humanity—the leaders of disbelief, America and Israel. Our people continue this march with unshakeable steadfastness, seeking the help of Allah (the Almighty), placing their trust in Him, and relying upon Him. The statement recently issued by the Association of Yemeni Scholars has perfectly articulated this faith-based position of our dear people. It is crucial that our stance on the enemies' crime against the Holy Quran, along with the practical efforts associated with that stance, remains central to the events and activities held by our dear people as they commemorate the blessed anniversary of the Prophet’s birth, as well as to all our protests and rallies.
